Welcome to the Cool City Motel - a locally owned roadside motel in the heart of Two Rivers, just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, Point Beach State Forest, local fishing charters, and scenic biking trails.
We’re Brian and Amanda Conjurski, the family behind the motel. What started with a single rental property four years ago, quickly grew into a passion for design, renovations, and creating welcoming spaces. After growing our rental business throughout Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties, we knew we wanted to create something even bigger. We took a leap of faith and purchased the Cool City Motel in August of 2025 with a vision to restore and reimagine this property for the community and visitors alike.
When we first walked the property, we saw more than just an older motel - we saw potential. We saw an opportunity to create an affordable boutique-style stay that blends comfort, character, and a relaxed lakeshore feel while still honoring the motel’s history.
Today, the motel is actively undergoing a full interior and exterior transformation. While renovations continue in phases, we remain open and committed to providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience from day one. Every renovated room, updated space, and improvement is part of our long-term vision to create a place where guests can relax, recharge, and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
As a family-owned business, we take pride in being hands-on throughout the entire process. From design choices and renovations to guest experience and day-to-day operations, this motel is truly a labor of love for our family.
